Biography
Meredith currently serves as Director, Growth, Marketing and Impact for Amazon Grocery and has worked on Amazon’s grocery business since 2018. As one of its earliest members, she developed the selection strategy for perimeter and perishable goods categories, and led the creation of the Amazon Fresh private label food brand. She then crafted Amazon’s grocery advertising strategy and developed the grocery ad product portfolio, alongside building the in-store digital experience. Meredith joined Amazon in 2013 as a recruit through the Retail Leadership Development program. Prior to joining Amazon’s Grocery team, she spent five years working in Amazon Fashion, most notably leading the launch of several Women’s private brands in apparel.
Prior to Amazon, Meredith worked at several digital marketing agencies, primarily in business development, where she led the cultivation and expansion of client relationships, and in project management, where she shepherded complex projects from start to finish.
Meredith received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Outside of work, Meredith is a passionate planner and taker of vacations all over the world. She loves being active and enjoys boxing, skiing, and Peloton bootcamps to keep fit, along with doing all sorts of activities and adventures with her husband, two kids, and two dogs.
