Jean Lee

Jean is an accomplished business leader, active in community service and currently serves as a Management Consulting Partner at PwC. Her career spans 30 years across a range of industries and roles and has focused on improving organization productivity and how people work. She specializes in organization development, culture, and change management where she has had many experiences to design and execute large scale initiatives driven by business and strategic shifts involving changes to operating model, technology, process and roles and responsibilities. She has spent the majority of her career with PwC, and has held a wide range of roles to build and lead practices, hire and develop teams, sell and develop products, and build PwC’s technology infrastructure. She helped build the consulting practice in Silicon Valley between 2007-2017 and a team focused on workforce transformation. She has been the partner sponsor for the PwC Seattle inclusion network for Pacific Asian community for the past 7 years. Throughout her career, she has always been a formal and informal mentor to staff and enjoys helping people grow and find their passions.

Jean is a board member of Summer Search (a $25M organization with 5 regional sites) at the national level as well as for the Seattle regional site. She leads the Talent Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee. She is on the board of trustees and the treasurer of PwC’s Foundation.

Prior to PwC, Jean worked for a start-up consulting company and as employee 2 of a 30-person company, performed all roles to get the company stood up, including marketing, developing and managing the website and communications, creating methodologies and ways of working, and client management. She parlayed this experience to starting her own company, working as a gig worker for 3 years.

Early in her career, Jean was a CPA having graduated from University of Illinois with a B.S. in Accountancy and held roles in public accounting and corporate finance. She also holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Jean resides in Seattle, WA and has a 16-year old son. Together, they love to travel, eat new and different food, explore art and music, and soccer in any form. She loves to explore new things and does whatever she can to stay active, strong, and relevant.
