With over 15 years of experience across sectors like retail, healthcare, and enterprise, she champions diversity and inclusion, fostering opportunities for underrepresented groups to create innovative and impactful solutions.

Beyond her professional achievements, Hari is committed to social causes. She serves on the board of Stolen Youth, advocating for an end to child sex trafficking, and on IT Serve, where she amplifies the voices of women entrepreneurs in the IT sector. In addition to her board roles, she supports various charitable organizations addressing critical needs in health, youth mentorship, hunger, and education, reflecting her commitment to giving back.  Inspired by resilient family role models, her approach to service is rooted in empathy and community upliftment.
